Wrong SAP implementation after 10+ years

SAP implementation very critical in first years, SAP consultant just do what company want to. But after SAP implementation more than 10 years SAP being worst even can not track several important data. 

My company used SAP more than 10 years since 2010. SAP is the best software as i know cause it have several modules so SAP end users can track, create reports, data analyst, and track KPI easily. But what i get is SAP being the worst software after so many failure while implementation did not work as what SAP consultant want to. Company just want what they want to, event SAP consultant make a good decision. I can say "worst" SAP in my company, so please make a good choice to make it better as what "we" want to.

SAP Implementation roadmap

Before joint with my new company, i was work with a company who has used SAP more than enough to say it this company have good SAP implementation, SAP consultant, and they SAP internal consultant. SAP modules can work better and SAP integration so smooth even i can track what i want to - its not depend on what kind of SAP modules has my company have. So, lets talk my current company who have the "worst" SAP as i know. Herewith several things i things is not good to SAP implement, please comment if i wrong. 

• SAP PM - theres no such easy track a data while SAP end users want to track the equipment history such as MTTR and MTBR. So, we should download data and calculate manually. This is the question. Why during SAP implementation did not create a new SAP t-codes to track easily several important things for maintenance department.
• SAP MM - If i want to create a new material number, why i should create it manually using paper and processing time more than 2 weeks if i a lucky man. As i know, SAP have t-code MM01 and MM02 to create a new material number, so SAP end-users can used it to create a new material number without paper work and upload an IXOS files in it. I already know if SAP MM master data make a comparison with third party software to search a duplicate request or material specification already exist with a material number. Its why i said "wrong" SAP implementation.
• SAP PS - if you have a CAPEX and why you create it looks like SAP PM? SAP PS is a strong project systems software, it can track project, project planning and scheduling, budget controlling, and everything else you can do with SAP PM. My company did not used it, perhaps company did not want this software due to SAP lisence and make it easy by make SAP PM looks like and can work like SAP PM. Wrong SAP implementation again. 

 Those are several SAP modules i have heading problem with wrong SAP implementation. SAP has create a documentation and SAP implementation methodology, why we can not used it as a guide? Why we create a new SAP implementation methodology?
